Ministry Leaders, please complete the following purchase request form BEFORE making purchase.  Even if area has been budgeted it needs to be cleared and confirmed by the finance office.  Approved purchase requests, may then be submitted for reimbursement using form if applicable.

If you are interested in becoming ordained through the Elder's of Liberty Christian Fellowship, please reach out to Senior Pastor, Scott Hobbs (252-441-6592) to ask for the application form.  

Once the application is complete, it will be submitted to the Council of Governing Elders.  Applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the desired ordination date. 

Normally, the application will be reviewed during the next scheduled monthly Council of Elders Meeting.

The Council of Governing Elders will review this application and determine whether the

applicant should be ordained to represent the fellowship and to fall under the spiritual covering

of the elders of the fellowship.
