SERVE TEAMS

At Liberty, we believe serving isn’t something we have to do—it’s something we get to do.

We don’t serve out of obligation; we serve out of gratitude. Jesus showed us what it looks like to lead by serving, giving Himself first and loving us in the most selfless way. Because He served us, we now have the honor and privilege of serving one another. Whether it’s holding a door, caring for a child, running sound, making a cup of coffee, or simply showing up for someone who needs it, every act of service matters. We get to be the hands and feet of Jesus to our Liberty family—and honestly, what a privilege that is.

SERVE OPPORTUNITIES

Our serve teams make a difference in ways big and small. You don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to be willing to say, “I’m in.”  Take a look at our different serve teams below and discover where your gifts, passions, and availability can make a difference.  If you are feeling called to jump in and serve, your first step is to take DISCOVER LIBERTY (See below for details).  If you have already taken Discover Liberty, click the CONTACT button within the TEAM and a Liberty Leader will reach out to you to talk about next steps to SERVE!

We’re excited that you’re interested in serving at Liberty!  To help ensure that every team member is equipped, connected, and prepared to serve, all ministry team volunteers complete our onboarding process.


Before serving on a ministry team, you’ll need to:

  • COMPLETE DISCOVER LIBERTY — a 2 step online zoom class designed to help you learn more about who we are, what we believe, and how you can get connected.  Click above to see our upcoming class schedule.

  • Complete a background check — as part of our commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone we serve.
